R&P Prints is committed to maintaining and protecting your privacy. This includes the privacy of both your information and your pictures. By using our service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Policy explains what information we collect and how we use the information so we can continue to provide outstanding service to you.

Password and Personal Information Protection
When you sign up with R&P Prints, you create a password-protected personal account for storing, sharing, printing your digital images, and for using our various services. This requires your name, email address and password. The password will allow you access to your account and should be as secure as possible. A good password should have random letters and numbers. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. You will only be asked for your member name and password when you initiate the contact and only if the member name and password are necessary to correct a service problem.  All passwords are protected using the most sophisticated security systems.

When you order prints, we will need the shipping address, as well as the billing name and address.  You will then be submitting your credit card payments via Pay Pal.  R&P Prints will not have any access to your credit card information.

Protecting the Privacy of Your Pictures
R&P Prints is committed to keeping your pictures private and secure. Your pictures are protected through high end encryption and no one except for the customer and R&P Prints back end will have access to it.  Any misuse or improper collection of photos information provided to R&P Prints is a violation of the R&P Prints Terms of Service.
In order to provide quality products, any third-party service providers fulfilling your order may see your pictures.

Children Under the Age of 16
R&P Prints does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such persons to register unless they have parental consent. If you are under 16, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 16 is allowed to provide any personal information to or on R&P Prints. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, the information will be discarded.
Services Through Third Parties
R&P Prints may share personal information with carefully screened third-party service providers for the sole purpose of providing you with the products, services and information you have requested. These third parties do not store, retain or access your information except to provide our services to you.
 
Abiding by the Law
R&P Prints may be required by law to disclose personal information to proper law enforcement authorities, without formal consent. This information may be necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against anyone who may attempt to cause injury to another’s rights or property.

Changes and Notification
