Bold, durable prints that hold up wash after wash. Printed under one roof in Toronto, then shipped Canada-wide. You'll have a free quote in 24 hours. No setup fees. No surprise minimums. No middlemen.

Screen printing pushes ink through a fine mesh stencil, one colour at a time, straight into the fabric. It's been the standard for bulk apparel for a reason: nothing matches it for bold, solid colour at volume. The more you print, the cheaper each piece gets, which makes it the right call for team kits, staff uniforms, and event merch by the dozen or the thousand.
It isn't the answer for every job, and we'll tell you when it isn't. Photo-real artwork or a run of five? We'll point you to a better method. But for a clean logo or a strong graphic at scale, screen printing is hard to beat on cost and durability both.
Screen printing is built for bold, solid colour at volume. Our most-requested screen-print pieces, plus embroidery where a premium finish suits the garment:
A screen print is only as good as the ink, the cure, and the eyes on it before it ships. After 25+ years on the presses, these four are non-negotiable on every run.
We lay the ink in thick and cure it properly, so prints stay bold and survive wash after wash without cracking or fading.
Your run is printed by our team, on our presses, in Toronto. Never subbed out, which is exactly when consistency usually slips.
We colour-match to Pantone so your brand blue stays your brand blue across the whole run, not shade-by-shade.
Every piece gets eyes on it for colour and registration before it boxes up. If we miss it, we reprint. That's the deal.
Every order follows the same path. Whether you're printing 12 shirts for a brewery launch or 5,000 for a corporate rollout, here's exactly what happens after you hit submit.
Upload your artwork or build something from scratch in our online editor. Vector files are ideal (AI, EPS, PDF). We can work with 300 DPI PNGs and JPEGs, but vector always prints sharper.
We send you a digital proof, you give us the thumbs up. Colours, placement, sizing, all locked before a single squeegee moves. Pantone matching is included if you ask.
Production happens at our Toronto shop. Same printers, same screens, same eyes on every piece before it boxes up. Nothing ever gets subbed out.
We ship to every province. Standard, bulk, or rush, whichever fits your timeline. Free on qualifying orders, at-cost on the rest.
No setup fees. No surprise minimums. Screen printing is priced on the quantity, the number of ink colours in your artwork, and how many print locations you need. The bigger the run, the lower the per-piece cost.
Whether you need custom embroidery for corporate staff polos, bulk t-shirts for a sports team or school, or commercial screen printing for a nationwide retail rollout, we scale with you. Same team, same shop, same quality, whatever the run size.

Our minimum is 12 pieces per design. Screen printing is set up per design, with a separate screen burned for each ink colour, so it's most cost-effective in batches. The more you print in one run, the lower the cost works out per shirt, which is why bulk orders are where screen printing shines. If you need fewer than 12, get in touch and we'll tell you whether a method like DTF suits the quantity better.
Three things set the price: the quantity you order, the number of ink colours in your artwork, and how many print locations you need (front, back, sleeve). Volume brings the per-piece cost down, while each extra colour or location adds a little to setup. There are no hidden setup fees, and every quote is itemized so you can see exactly what changes when you adjust the run. Send us your details for an exact number.
Anything from a clean one-colour logo to detailed multi-colour artwork. Each colour prints from its own screen and is laid down in sequence, which is one of the factors that affects pricing, so a one or two-colour design costs less per piece than a six-colour one at the same quantity. If your art has gradients or photo-real detail, we'll tell you whether screen printing or another method reproduces it best.
Yes. We do Pantone (PMS) colour matching so your brand colours print consistently instead of close enough, which matters when a specific blue or red is part of your identity. Send your Pantone codes with your artwork and we'll match them across the whole run.
Vector files (AI, EPS, or high-res PDF) print sharpest because they scale and separate cleanly. We can also work with 300 DPI raster files like PNG, JPEG, or PSD. Whatever you have, our in-house team checks the colours, placement, and resolution and sends you a proof to approve before anything goes to the press.
Screen printing lays ink onto the fabric and is best for bold graphics, large prints, and bulk runs. Embroidery stitches the design into the garment for a premium, textured finish that suits polos, caps, and corporate wear, and holds up to heavy washing. We do both in-house and will recommend whichever suits your garment, design, and budget.
Screen printing is the better value for bold designs at volume, especially one to a few colours on a larger run. DTF (direct-to-film) suits smaller quantities and detailed, full-colour artwork where burning multiple screens wouldn't be cost-effective. Not sure which fits? Send us the design and the quantity and we'll recommend the honest option. Our guide to how silk screen printing works walks through the process in detail.
Plenty more. We screen print hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, and hi-vis safety wear, and we embroider polos, headwear, fleece, and outerwear. We carry styles and sizes for men, women, youth, and kids. If you have a specific garment in mind, ask, we can usually source it.
Standard runs ship in 5 to 10 business days from artwork approval. Because we print in-house in Toronto rather than outsourcing, we commit to a firm timeline at quote stage and hold to it. Rush options are available when your deadline is tighter, tell us the date and we'll tell you straight whether we can hit it.
